I recently found this: http://labcacc.iq.unesp.br/kcristal/ They made a "live CD" with a small linux distro and crystallography software (mostly for powder diffraction/rietveld refinement), so one could boot any machine with the CD and analyze data, no need to install all the stuff. Was there any attempt ever to do that with protein crystallography software? It would be interesting to have a stand-alone CD (or DVD) which could run a linux with CCP4. Would it be difficult to setup? Lucas _______________________________________________________ Yahoo! doce lar. Faça do Yahoo! sua homepage. http://br.yahoo.com/homepageset.html
