Hello,
A while ago I bought a pair of leaded eyewear from a company called
Biodex (in the US). I checked their website and they do sell a leaded
neoprene gloves. The details from their website is shown below:
116-010 Gloves, Leaded Neoprene, pair $425.00
http://www.biodex.com/radio/radiopharmacy/radiopharm_210.htm

I, however, have never used their gloves and so I can't vouch for
their ease of use. Hope this helps.
