cd $CCP4/examples/unix/runnable

then issue

./run-all

(you'll need write-permission in this directory)

Dear BB,

apologies if this has been asked before, can't seem to find an answer on web
site or archives.

I am trying to "help" (although I may be more of a hindrance) our new
administrator to install CCP4 on the new Linux box in my office, and on the departmental
cluster.
Automatic download, pre-packaged, very nice, thank you very much!
My question is:
Is there a set of test scripts that can be run to test that a variety of CCP4
programs are functioning (and giving me the right answer...), that can be used
as benchmarks for speed as well?

Many thanks
Ed
