Hello Brenda,

ESPript together with e.g. Molscript should be able to do that.  ESPript can change the B-factor column of a PDB file to show e.g. the conservation.  Then you use any graphics program that can normally display the B-factor.

Here's the website:

Cheers

Is there an easy program that converts percent homology in a group of
proteins and maps it on a structure? Doing it manually is a bit of a pain.

Thanks very much for suggestions!

Brenda
