speaking of voodoo ! has anyone ever shown that DPI correlates with anything (say, information content) ? Not the DPI but the Luzatti D plays an important role in something which is called the projection information: J. Appl. Cryst. (1984). 17, 273-285;  Taupin and Luzatti Not sure if this would fall under voodoo math though. Cheers P
