Hi, I wanted to omit the product molecule in my strcture and generate a simulated annealing omit map (fo-fc) in CNS . Can anybody please send me a sample input file to do this? I am running the script but it seems like the program is not omitting the product molecule while calculating the maps. Thanks, Arathi
