Thx to all for the coot.csh script, which is indeed in the coot subdirectory as Ethan mentions below. But the install.sh script does not update and copy coot.csh to the default top level /configure dir, where the standard ccp4.setup files (including ccp4.setup-csh) are created. There, the coot.setup file is a (properly updated) bash file. I think that could be easily added to the install.sh - although - see message from Paul - the web install packs the 0.0 coor version not 0.1?
