Well, but you may not want to do this.
You may have noticed on another thread this week that invoking
the Coot setup shell can break other applications, in this case
Molscript. So it is better not to run this setup shell directly,
but only from a captive script at the time Coot itself is to
be run.
I think the only Coot preparation that should go into the ccp4
csh setup is a simple alias for where to find the wrapper script.
I have:
alias coot /sgpp/local/bin/coot/bin/coot
