The BioSync wsebsite, currently being maintained by the RSCB PDB. has a new look and contains more information than the earlier version. The site contains updated beamline descriptions for operational US synchrotron beamlines used for single crystal macromolecular crystallography. International sites and beamlines are listed and will go ‘live’ as data is added for each one. PDB deposition statistics, with cross-links to the RCSB PDB website, are also available.
We want to fill out the site with information on as many beamlines as possible. If you see your beamline listed and there is not yet a corresponding data file, or if you have data for a new beamline that is not listed, click on the ‘Add a New Beamline’” button to add the data. An ‘Update’ button is also available at the bottom of each data sheet that can be used anytime there is a change in beamline conditions.
