Hi,

As suggested by Bill, I have run molrep.exam both as root and standard
user and in each case it works fine. Strange... Perhaps something
related to the data? But the same script on the same data using the same
ccp4 distribution runs just perfect in Linux (Ubuntu 5.10)

Some other people have reported to me similar problems, but
unfortunately they didn't find out a solution...

Bill, I can confirm that molrep is compiled with -O0 option in the fink
package.

Any ideas?
