One common cause of the error from any program which produces harvesting
information is if you douwnload the binary packages and don't run the
binary setup script as the final stage of your installation.
In which case, run it now and it should be fixed.
This has caught a number of us out, even very experienced people...

This is coming from the harvesting, which is new in DM for
version 6.0
The workaround is to specify the NOHARVEST keyword.
Otherwise, there is something wrong with your ccif
installation, or the mmCIF dictionary. Do programs
like truncate and mlphare work?
