Hi Huangwei, We've yet to make a proper installer for mrbump under windows but at the moment if you extract the files from the tar-ball into the ccp4 directory and add the gui through the ccp4i interface it should all work. After thst you will need to install the dependencies. First of you will need python installed (version 2.3 or later). The only other one that you really need to get mrbump to work is clustalw. You can get the windows executable from: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/software/dos/clustalw/ I usually put this into my ccp4 bin directory so it can be found in the system PATH variable. Make sure you select clustalw in the drop down menu when you start a job. Currently there's no windows executable for Mafft apart from under cygwin. gnuplot isn't used by default so you shouldn't need it. If you want to run your fasta searches locally you can download the fasta34 windows executable from: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/software/unix/fasta/win32_fasta/fasta34t25d7.zip Perl/Soaplite is required by the SSM search but this is disabled under windows so you shouldn't need that either. We will release an installer for mrbump under windows soon so at the moment I'd recommend waiting for that unless you are confident about installing the program by hand.
