Hello everyone, I am trying to run Arpwarp ( ccp4 version 6.0.1) starting from an existing model, which is the best I have up to now with partial tracing from Arpwarp itself and some adjustements made manually by comparing to several Resolve outputs. The resolution of the mtz file is 2.4 A and all options are set by default. It fails blaming the Arp_Mode_Wilson program in the log file, and tells me to look at the refine.last.log file which contains no error. What am I doing wrong?
