Dear Dominique,
We have seen this (although not very often) and will try to change the
error handling in the next release.
For now, if there is the file XX_warpNtrace_omega.log in the directory,
check whether it says something useful. If not, try to slightly change
the data, by e.g. cutting a bit from the low resolution part, and re-run
the task.

Hello everyone,
I am trying to run Arpwarp ( ccp4 version 6.0.1) starting from an
existing model, which is the best I have up to now with partial tracing
from Arpwarp itself and some adjustements made manually by comparing to
several Resolve outputs. The resolution of the mtz file is 2.4 A and all
options are set by default. It fails blaming the Arp_Mode_Wilson program
in the log file, and tells me to look at the refine.last.log file which
contains no error. What am I doing wrong? Is there some special
configuration needed to run this option?
