Hi, I'm trying out the latest version of CCP4 (on a Mac G5 under Tiger), which I managed to download (precompiled) and implement fine (I thought). If I understood right, it does include Phaser? When I tried it for the first time, via the CCP4i interface, it crashed - with the following message: "ENTER KEYWORD INPUT FROM FILE OR FROM STANDARD INPUT MODE MR_AUTO --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- INPUT ERROR: Mode MR_AUTO not recognised: Use MR_ANO MR_BRF MR_BTF MR_ENS MR_FRF MR_FTF MR_LLG MR_PAK MR_RNP or MR_RTP" I am stumped: I thought the keyworh MR_AUTO, mentioned in the documentation, should be recognised? How does one use Phaser via the CCP4i Interface?? Thanks for any hints!
