Keyword MODE MR_AUTO was introduced later than the others (though
still some time ago). Therefore it seems your 6.0.1 interface
is calling an old phaser program.

I am not wise in the ways of Macs, but on a normal OS I would
do a "which phaser" to verify the problem, check the new phaser
program is in $CCP4/bin, and then adjust the PATH accordingly.
