Hi, I've found it's easier to rebuild everything (in your case, run make from /biolo/ccp4-5.0.2) after modifying the necessary files). If this is a run-time error (instead of a compile time error), then you might want to check that your environmental variable LD_LIBRARY_PATH is defined correctly (this should be taked care of by your $CCP4/include/ccp4.setup-csh or ccp4.setup-bash file, but it never hurts to check).
