Hi - it seems coot reads maps in phs format expecting a value for fom. It reads my hkl f fom phi maps correctly, but generates a nan or zero contour from refmac generated XtalView format *FWT.phs or *DELFWT.phs maps. They have a zero in the fom column, I think that ought to be ones. Xtalview ignores the zero-column when maps are read as fo type.
