It sure does the right thing, as I wrote:

Although it is easy to awk the foms, this could be fixed in next
release at the ccp4i script that generates the maps.

The fact that Xtalview ignores the foms in fo-fft mode may 
explain why the zero foms probably were scripted in when generating
the *.phs maps script.

I don't exactly see your point as I was not assigning any guilt, 
but simply reporting an inconsistency.
