I was able to solve a structure using molecular replacement. However, only
half of the asymmetric unit was found in this solution. There should be two
trimers present, one fits very well into the density, and there is a large gap
in between "slabs" of the symmetry related trimers. This gap would fit the
second trimer, however, the density is spotty at best. I am looking for a way
of placing this second trimer, and essentrially completing the solution. The
space group is P21212, we believe that the second trimer may be partially
twinned. Any suggestions on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
