[ccp4bb]: Water molecule

Hi everybody,

 

I´m analysing the structure of a lectin complexed with a dimanoside. I have a tetramer at the assymetric unit and there´s a electron density at 1 sigma near the ligand in all four monomers. Can I explain this density as water?
