In that case you'll need a DVI-2-VGA connector, then a special VGA
socket or plug (can't remember which way this goes) and associated cable
that splits into 2 cables: to a mini-DIN connector PLUS to an s-VGA plug
that you connect to the monitor.

When we bought some very cheap ELSA stereo LCD glasses, the cable came in
the box. There is an option to pass to specify for the NVIDIA board that
the stereo signal must be emitted to the monitor outlet (and not to a
non-existent DIN socket). The instructions are in the README file on the
NVIDIA web site. May even be included when you download the driver for
Linux.

Don't know where to buy such a cable on its own though...
