Hey Folks,
I'm having some trouble trying perform restrained refinement in refmac5. Everything appears to working fine until all cycles of refinement are completed when the program fails with the following error message:
#CCP4I TERMINATION STATUS 0 At line 2098 of file /sw/src/fink.build/ccp4-6.0.1-1004/ccp4-6.0.1/src/refmac5_/subag_scale_hessian.f Internal Error: printf is broken
#CCP4I TERMINATION TIME 04 Oct 2006 16:54:44
#CCP4I MESSAGE Task failed
As you can see, I installed ccp4 with fink. I am running Mac OS X 10.4.8, on a Powerbook G4.
Might something have been compiled wrong when installing ccp4, or is this error due to some parameter I may have poorly set? Has anyone else experienced this problem?
