It worked!! Thanks a lot Garib.

I downloaded what looks like the latest version of refmac (version
5.3.0011). I ran the same com file that would have been produced had I
used ccp4i.

My copy of ccp4, which I believe is the latest fink distribution of
ccp4, has refmac version 5.2.0019.

Is there some way to incorporate this version of refmac into the ccp4 suite?
