You can convert ccp4 maps to FSFOUR
format for viewing in XtalView with map2fs.  map2fs mapin [input map]
mapout [output map]  Good luck,

Dear All,

I made an anomalous diff map using fft in ccp4i. The map
is good, and I can display it in coot.
However, the 'output map in ' xyz 'format'
button lacks the XtalView option (available in refmac)
and offers only ccp4 format.

Is this intended?

I can probably extract the data from the mtz and
make the phs file for Xtalview this way.
