Both ccp2fsfour and map2fs worked. Thx!

I just wonder why the option of making the xtalview map
directly is missing from the map generation ccp4i interface?
Would be very handy to have that option w/o resorting to the
command line.

If map2fs doesn't work, try ccp2fsfour[1], I find that it is usually more
reliable.
