It usually means a lot of symmetry clashes. May need to do some rigid body first. (Or something wrong with cell dimensions and/or symmetry)

And: Try a version from the web page: www.ysbl.york.acuk/refmac/data
It is more tolerant to number of contacts

Hi, everyone.

I tried to use Refmac5 (CCP4 6.0: Refmac_5.2.0019) to refine the model from AMoRe.

I got following error from Refmac5:

CGMAT cycle number =      4
Too many atoms in one brick.
Maximum allowed in one brick = 60
Check symmetry, cell dimensions
===> Error: CREATE_NET failed
Refmac_5.2.0019:  CREATE_NET failed

Could I, please, get some help to solve this problem?

Thank you,

Oleg Zadvornyy
