If you run refmac5 with the "review restraints " mode, it will make you
a link record.
Look atwhat it suggests and see if you like it, then you can continue
refining using that extra dictionary

Dear all,
I am trying to refine a co-factor that is covalently bound to a
cysteine residue in my protein. I've made a dictionary for the
co-factor using the Pro-Drug website, but I cannot work out how to
define the bond between the co-factor and the sulphur atom of the
protein residue. Whenever I google this I just get linked to the
refmac page :

which doesn't really tell me what I need to put into the dictionary to
define the bond. Could anyone help?
