Check your $CCP4/include/ccp4.setup (or whichever file you source to run
ccp4i) and look for something called 'LD_LIBRARY_PATH' (on PC) or
'DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH' (on Mac OSX) and append the full path to
'libclipper-ccp4.so.0' to it (separate paths by a ':' for POSIX-shells,
for csh, I do not know).

Dear All
When I run refmac5 in the ccp4i and chose 'run coot : find waters...', I got
the message 'erro when loading the shared library libclipper-ccp4.so.0'
But libclipper-ccp4.so.0 file is in my ../coot/lib directory. So maybe I should
move this file to other directories that refmac5 can recongnize, but
where should I move it to.
Thank you very much
Best
Hao
