For the record, this was reported to me by Dr. K. SARABOJ (Lund) a little while ago. To fix you need a new coot distro, try the 0.1.3 pre-release: http://www.ysbl.york.ac.uk/~emsley/software/binaries/nightlies/pre-release/coot-0.1.3-pre-1-binary-Linux-i386-redhat-8.0.tar.gz Paul.
