Several of you have noticed warnings when source'ing ccp4.setup about libtbx environment. The phaser binary bundle is supposed to support the cctbx/phaser python bindings, but is missing some files. 1. If you don't want to use python bindings, it doesn't matter. You can ignore this. 2. If you want to use python bindings in the next 12 hours, download cctbx/phaser source bundle over the top, and run BINARY.setup 3. Else wait and we'll redo the bundles. Regards Martyn
