Dear All,

Apologies for the delay. Item 3 has now been done. I.e. if you download
anything with phaser binaries in it, you should no longer get the libtbx
warning message.

To reiterate: This is to do with the python bindings for cctbx/phaser.
It doesn't affect anything else, including the phaser executable (which
is used by ccp4i).
