Applications are invited for five-year postdoctoral positions within the Division of Molecular Biosciences, Imperial College London. You will join a multi-disciplinary team addressing structural and mechanistic aspects of the eukaryotic ATPase p97, which is involved in a diverse range of essential cellular processes and has been implicated in a number of human disease states. We are looking for outstanding structural biologists with a PhD and experiences in one or more of the following areas: protein crystallography, NMR, and cryo-electron microscopy. The Division of Molecular Biosciences provides an integrated post-genomic research programme focused on world-class research activities and is well equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, which include an X-ray Crystallography Laboratory, a Centre for Cryoelectron Microscopy, a cross-faculty NMR Centre (housing a flagship 800 MHz spectrometer) and a Centre for Integrative Systems Biology, which hosts excellent microarray and imaging facilities.
