Hi BB,
I'm trying to install coot-1.2.0 binary on Mac-OSX powerpc. After
editing the ~setup/coot.csh; I'm not able to run coot!!
I got the following error:
dyld: Library not loaded: /sw/lib/libgthread-1.2.0.dylib
Referenced from /usr/local/software/Coot-1.2/bin/coot-real
Reason: image not found
Trace/BPT trap
I did not have that problem with coot-0.1.1! Also, I noticed that
the mentioned library was existing in the "/lib directory" in the
previous release but it is absent in the new release.
I copied the library from the previous release to the lib directory
of 0.1.2 but the program still asking for other "non-existing"
libraries in /sw/lib directory!
Any idea of why I get this error for the new release of coot!
