Protein Crystalliser, AstraZeneca AstraZeneca's Alderley Park site in the UK is the company's largest research centre and is situated in the Cheshire countryside to the south of Manchester. Global Structural Chemistry has facilities in the UK and Sweden, and includes three disciplines: Protein Crystallography, Protein NMR and Protein Engineering. We have a vacancy for a Protein Crystalliser to join our Structural Chemistry group at Alderley Park. Your main responsibility will be to provide diffraction-quality protein crystals to support drug discovery projects, including cryoprotection of protein crystals and X-ray data collection, so you'll have a PhD or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline.
