Hello all, I am working with two proteins that have a relatively low affinity for each other. I thought I might have more success crystallizing this complex if I crosslinked the two proteins prior to crystallization trials. Can someone point me in the direction of reference material for methods or examples of proteins that have been crosslinked and subsequently crystallized? I know this has been asked on the ccp4bb before however I have not seen responses to such threads in the archives. Any help will be appreciated.
