We get errors with CCP4 with the environment variable is set for SOLVE. We're using the latest versions of SOLVE and CCP4. You get the error either by running something directly, like MTZDUMP on a command line, or through the CCP4i GUI. We DO set the environment variable as part of a set upon system login. When we need to run CCP4, we have to redefine it directly: setenv SYMINFO /disk.../ccp4-6.0.2/lib/data/syminfo.lib Otherwise, it says that SYMINFO is incorrectly defined. I'll send the error message offline to the CCP4 gurus. Thanks for responding so quickly.
