A Postdoctoral Position is available at Genentech, Inc. within the Process Development group to study the mechanism of antibody crystallization. The work will involve a collaborative effort between the Technology Assessment group in PD and the Antibody Engineering group in Research. The goal of the project is to try to get a better understanding of antibody crystallization at the molecular level. The successful candidate will have experience in protein crystallization, biochemistry and molecular biology. Knowledge of high throughput screening techniques for crystallization is also desired.
