Hi,
I'm using CCP4 to determine solvent accessibility values for various
residues in crystal structures. I've noticed that it doesn't return
values for some residues. At first I assumed these were residues with
values of '0', as they are all buried residues. However, I have since
noticed that some residues are returned with a value of '0'. So now
I'm not sure why I don't get values for some residues. Is this a bug,
or is there some reason? ie. are the residues that I don't get a
value for, really just '0'?
