No - SHARP needs all (HLA, HLB, HLC and HLD). Unfortunately (as you
discovered), DMMULTI doesn't write them as opposed to DM. To convert
those into HLA-D I woudl recommend using chltofom (from Kevin Cowtans
Clipper tools): it is available through the CCP4i.

You don't need to give it the DANO/SANO/ISYM columns - just leave them
at default 'None'.
