If you use the Clipper utiity HL to/from PHI/FOM it will generate HLA
HLB HLC HLD
of course HLC=HLD=0 but it serves to trick programs..

Once we are at it - how can one define in Sharp for a MIRAS case a native
reference data set for which no anomalous data were collected. Sharp seems
to need a DANO column.
