Dear List, Please, is there anybody who could suggest me a good review or some references concerning the relationship between the exerimental uncertainity of distances in medium resolution crystal structures (specifically 2.5-2.9 A) and appropriate cut-off distances for hydrogen bonds, hydrophobic and charged interactions to be adopted for analysis of intra-protein interactions?
