Could someone please help me in finding references or point to successful examples of small molecules that are activators of enzymes developed using Structure Based approach and have become drug candidates. We all are aware of many successful stories of small molecule inhibitors that are now marketed drugs discovered by SBDD approach. Thanks, Sridhar
