Dear all,
Does anybody have some good experiences or methods to adjust the
outlier dihedral angles? I have a model most of
which was builded manually, so though the Rfree is
acceptable--0.29--manydihedral angles are not right. it is difficult
to me
to correct them. If there is any software to do it easily, it should be
great.Thanks!
