Subject: Re: [ccp4bb] Channel inside a protein

Hello Priya,

Here is a great example of the identification of a channel in a protein.
The authors used CAVENV to identify the channel and confirmed the
channel by solving the structure of Xenon-pressured crystals.

                Hello All,

Is there any program that can find if there is a channel
inside a protein?
I also would like to know what are the alternative ways
to find out a channel inside a protein.

                Thanks a lot.
