Hi, I am currently trying to work with perfectly twinned data and have a starting model that I found through phaser. In trying to refine the model against the data, I noticed that Refmac5 has a "twin refinement" option that performs some sort of automatic refinement against the found twin laws and refined twin fraction. I couldn't find any documentation on the twin refinement command and was wondering if it could handle pseudo-merohedral twinning. That, in addition to if the twin refinement methods are similar to that of shelxl. CNS is not able to handle pseudo-merohedral twinning and shelxl can - any thoughts on refmac5's ability/preference?
