Thank you, Sridhar. For some reason, that gives an error, saying that it couldn't execute libcheck. Instead, I tried using the keyworded input format. Do you know what could be wrong with that?
I tried to install libcheck but apparently my computer can't figure out what the "make" function is (make makecif_all errors out). So, I went for running libcheck in the terminal. I just used elbow to merge the cif files, and the file looks like one can merge the files manually.
