knowledge
II. have extensive experience in areas related to those of the above-mentioned
project
III. possess a background and previous experience compatible with the use of at
least one of the following techniques: i) cloning and expression of protein; ii)
techniques of crystallization of ligandmembrane protein complexes; iii) optical
and magnetic spectroscopic methods (fluorescence, circular dichroism, NMR) for
the study of ligand-protein interactions; iv) techniques for purification of
membrane protein; v) biochemical/immunological methods for the identification of
ligand-membrane protein complexes and functional studies.
IV. not maintain other employment and not be retired in Brazil.
V. dedicate himself or herself full-time to the activities of the project
