No, DM does phase combination in reciprocal space (i.e. a sigmaa
calculation. This is also a place where parrot does a better job - it
uses MLHL instead of Rice-sigmaa). To do either a sigmaa or MLHL
calculation, you need to know the Fo.
You can optionally input FWT/PHWT to both parrot and dm in addition to
the Fo, but you absolutely must give Fo as well.
Internally, dm uses mFo maps on subsequent cycles, whereas parrot uses
2mFo-DFc maps.
