Hi Jonas, a Mini S has a even lower bead radius of 5 µm, if I remember correctly. Its available as prepacked column from GE. I have a 1 ml column which is quite expensive. i guess you won't spent such an amount of money. It is also more for analytical purposes and not preparative scale. Never heared anything about the Hyper material. I would try Resource S material (GE). The price is O.K., it is usable for preparative purifications and the resloution is nearly as good as for a Mono S. At least in some cases. Maybe S-Sepharose HP would also do the job. But I guess the resolution is here too less. However scale up and increase the resolution at the same time is always tricky, at least for me. So you have to find a good compromise.
